You have 15 days from receiving your order to:
- Send your purchase back to us using return label enclosed.
Items must be returned to us unused with all tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
If the item you purchased from us is faulty, simply email us at [email protected] and we will look into it for you. When you get in touch with us please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty
